GTIcosahedronAxes

GTIcosahedronAxes[]
installs axes for icosahedron group.

DetailsDetails

  • In principle, symmetry elements can be represented by matrices. If a symbolic representation is more appropriate, the relationship between the representation by a symbol, matrices, quaternions, etc. has to be established. For symmetry elements that are members of crystallographic point groups, all this is automatically perpared if GTPack is invoked.
  • This is not the case for the Icosahedron. GTIcosahedronAxes installs all the additionally necessary axes for this case.
  • The following option can be given:
  • GOVerboseTrueControls the output of additional information
